Implemented AI-driven tools and a mobile-first strategy, including chatbots and AR try-ons, to enhance user experience and build trust in Myanmar's evolving digital landscape as part of a mock-up plan.

Challenge: Myanmar's market presented unique technological hurdles, including low digital literacy among users and a need for secure, transparent online transactions, particularly given a market wary of scams.

Solution: My mock-up strategy incorporated advanced AI-driven innovations and a mobile-first approach to enhance user experience and build trust. This included deploying Burmese-language AliMe chatbots for 24/7 support, integrating AR try-ons for products, and implementing blockchain-tracked supply chains for transparency in high-value exports like jade and timber. The focus was on mobile-first design, given Myanmar’s 64.3 million mobile users and 67.52% mobile internet access.

Results: These technological solutions are designed to enhance user experience and promote trust, aiming to increase engagement on educational content by 30% and boost app downloads, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for a wide audience.
